The Problem

The most expensive problem in any growing company is lost organisational intelligence. Decisions are made, workflows are followed, outcomes are observed — and almost none of it is captured in a way the organisation can learn from.

Current AI tools address fragments of this. A chatbot here, an automation there. None provide a persistent, learning layer that understands how your organisation actually operates.

What We Built

Donnie is a persistent intelligence platform. It captures how a company thinks, operates, and evolves. It integrates with the tools teams already use, builds a living memory of the organisation, and enables leadership to move faster with better context.

Development started in August 2024. Donnie has been in production across sales, recruitment, operations, and executive functions since — processing thousands of real interactions daily.

LEC AI Founded
